Scanned images can be previewed, edited and saved to digital, quickly and without a computer. Once saved to SD card you can playback images on a digital photo frame, television using the video output connection (lead supplied), your mobile phone, computer, or take them to be printed!
It’s mains or USB powered, comes with 1 negative and 1 slide holders plus three photo trays (3”x5”, 4”x6” & 5”x7”), a handy cleaning brush and a FREE 1GB SD memory card (enough to store 1000images).

Back to TopQ: Can I use this as an SD card reader?
A: Yes. Connect the scanner to a computer using the supplied USB cable and drag any saved images (or other files) from the card onto your hard drive
Q: Can I play back scanned images on my TV?
A: Yes. Either remove the SD card from the scanner and insert the SD card into your TV; or, if your TV does not have an SD card reader slot then attach the scanner to the TV using the supplied AV cable and play the images from the SD card on to the TV, via the scanner
Q: How do I scan portrait images including the photos. Wont they be scanned on their side [landscape]?
A: This is what the ‘rotate button’ is for. You have to scan every photo in the landscape position; but can then change it to portrait using the ‘rotate’ button before saving the image to the SD card, Of course if you are transferring the image to your computer you can of course change from portrait to landscape and do other editing (contrast, saturation, cropping etc) on your PC using basic Windows software on your computer
Q: Will this work with a MAC and a PC.
A: Yes it will work with both.
Q: Does this product come supplied with any image editing software included which I can use on my PC / MAC?
A: No. This does not come with software for computers as the main point of the product is that you do not need a PC or MAC to scan and digitise your old slides / negatives! It will save scanned images as jpeg files directly to the SD memory card.
