This high-tech Mobile Air Cooler from Prem-I-Air uses evaporative cooling technology which imitates air being cooled by the sea – by blowing air through its built-in water filter it reduces air temperature dramatically, unlike a fan which simply circulates air at room temperature.
It doesn’t need a noisy compressor (unlike an air conditioner) so no hot air to pipe out via a window, door, or hole in the wall, and it even purifies the air you breathe: a nylon mesh filter and a built-in state-of-the-art negative ion generator (Ioniser) removes unwanted air impurities and odours (e.g. dust, pollen, smoke etc) and improves the quality of the air you breathe. So not only does it cool the air it also cleans and improves it!

Q: What is the differfence between this Evaporative Air Cooler and a traditional fan?
A: A fan simply circulates air at room temperature, whilst this evaporative air cooler actually lowers the air temperature before circulating it around the room. Based on the principle of being cooled by the sea, this evaporative cooler blows air through a water screen; as the air passs through it takes on moisture (humidifies) and reduces in temperature. The air temperature reduction will vary depending on the original air temperature and whether ice packs or ice cubes are used
Q: How do I achieve best results with the cooler?
A: For best results, position this air cooler near to an open window facing into the centre of a room. This is not an air conditioner therefore windows should not be kept shut

A: No, this is not an air conditioner – therefore no warm air to pump out of the room and no harm to the environment!

A: This is not an air conditioner (which all use a compressor) therefore windows and doors need not be kept shut (but they can be closed if you wish). This is a personal mobile air cooler effective at lowering the temperature of the air blown out from the fan. It will not significantly lower the temperature of entire rooms (depending on size); it is an effective comfortable personal air cooler that is great at lowering your body temperature during hot days and uncomfortable nights
