How much does delivery cost?
Our standard delivery charge is just £3.95 to the UK Mainland no matter how many items you order. Heavy or over-sized items requiring special delivery attract a supplementary delivery charge and are marked with the following symbols.

Is Express Delivery available and how much does it cost?
Yes Express delivery costs just £6.95 to UK mainland, and £9.95 to all other areas.
Our Next-Day Express delivery service is available only available on items marked on the product page and in the shopping basket.
Express delivery items will be delivered as follows:
Orders placed before 6pm will be delivered on the next working day (please note that at this time we are unable to offer timed deliveries over a weekend).
Orders placed before 6pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders placed after 6pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
The Scottish Highlands, N. Ireland and UK Islands may take an extra day to deliver. We regret that this service is not available to the Channel Islands. All express delivery orders require a signature on receipt.
Unfortunately items marked with a double lorry graphic are not eligible for Express delivery at this stage.
How long will it take my order to reach me?
If you select our standard delivery service then the majority of our orders are delivered to customers within 8 working days. However, we do ask you to allow between 14 and 21 days for delivery as some items are sent to you directly from one of our specially selected suppliers.
If you have selected Express Delivery and ordered before 6pm, then your order will be delivered during the next working day as detailed earlier.
Will I receive an Order Confirmation email?
We will confirm receipt of your order immediately via email. Within 48 hours of placing your order we will additionally e-mail you a detailed order acknowledgment which will contain further details of the status of your order, including a tracking number to enable you to track the delivery direct to your door.
Can I send an order to a different delivery address?
Yes, you are able to place an order with us and provide a different delivery address to the billing address provided. Unfortunately you cannot at this stage provide a different delivery address for each item ordered when ordering multiple items.
I’m ordering several items: will they arrive at the same time?
We aim to send your goods to you as quickly as possible. This means that if you order multiple items from us in one order then it is possible that you may receive them at different times. There are a number of reasons for this:
- Some of the items we sell are stored by our trusted suppliers who will send you the item directly.
- It may also be due to one of your items being out of stock when you order and we want to send you the ‘in-stock’ item.
- It may also be because you order an oversized item which will be delivered to you via a different courier company to your other smaller items.
Do I have to pay a separate delivery charge on every item I order?
No. There is only one, flat rate charge for standard delivery no matter how many items you have on an order. The only exceptions to this are items marked with a red lorry symbol that attract a supplementary delivery charge due to their size and/or weight.
What happens if I am not at home when your courier calls?
Our couriers will attempt to deliver your order to you up to three times. They may also leave your goods in a designated safe place. Express delivery orders will require a signature on receipt.
Can I order from overseas and can you deliver outside of the UK?
We are pleased to accept orders from anywhere in the world, however we are currently only able to deliver to UK addresses. Regrettably we are unable to export to Eire or Jersey. For deliveries to the Channel Islands we are obliged to levy an adminstration charge equivalent to the amount of VAT that would otherwise be refunded.
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
Yes, but please ensure that you use the manual address option when inputting your delivery address details to clearly advise us of which BFPO address to use. We are currently unable to deliver red lorry items to BFPO addresses.
