UK Mainland Deliveries
MySmartBuy.com offers customers who live in mainland UK a choice of three delivery services to ensure your purchase arrives in plenty of time:

Standard Delivery (approx. 7 working days) - £3.99
Depending on the weight and value of the item(s) you have ordered, we will use either Royal Mail or courier to deliver your goods and will take up to 7 working days to arrive.
Please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your order.

Express Delivery (approx. 3 working days) - £4.99
If you choose this option, your order will be delivered by courier and will take up to 3 working days to arrive.
Please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your order.

Next Working Day Delivery (order before 2pm Monday to Friday) - £6.99
If you choose this option and you order before 2pm Monday to Friday, your order will be delivered by courier the following working day.
If you choose this option when ordering over a weekend, please note that your order will be delivered on the following Tuesday and not the Monday.
Please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your order.


Non-UK Mainland and Remote / Rural Deliveries

We are now able to offer delivery to non-UK mainland areas. However, these more remote and rural parts of the UK are more difficult and expensive to reach and therefore we will need to add a £9.99 surcharge to the standard delivery charge. Unfortunately, we cannot offer Express and Next Working Day services to these areas and delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Scottish Highlands
Scottish Isles
Argyll and Bute
Inverness
Kilmarnock
Lerwick
Isle of Man
Jersey
Guernsey
Isles of Scilly

Important things to consider:

  • We can only deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands & Islands.
  • We can deliver to BFPO addresses but not PO Boxes.
  • If your order is placed before 2pm Monday – Friday we will aim to despatch goods on the same day.
  • If your order is placed after 2pm we will despatch goods the next working day.
  • If the item you wish to purchase is out of stock, you will be given the option of pre-ordering (which means Standard Delivery is the only option available).
  • We will send you an email when goods have been despatched from our warehouse.
  • If there is an unexpected delay with your order we will notify you by email as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date.
  • Our courier's delivery window is 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
  • If no one is in when delivery is attempted a calling card will be left giving you details of how you can arrange re-delivery or where the parcel can be collected from.
  • Some of our items are despatched directly from the supplier/manufacturer and not our own warehouse. This means our delivery 'rules' do not apply as we cannot guarantee delivery times. Estimated delivery times will be stated against all of these items.
